Shipping Policy

Production Time

Because our pieces are handcrafted and often bespoke, production time is separate from shipping time. Most orders are crafted and ready to ship within [2–4 weeks], depending on the design, materials, and any customization. We'll keep you updated on your order's progress, and rush production may be available on request — contact us before ordering.

Processing

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within [1–3] business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship via [USPS / UPS / FedEx] with the following options:

  • Standard: [3–5] business days 
  • Expedited: [1–2] business days 

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery for security.

International Shipping

[Choose one: We ship internationally to select countries. / We currently ship only within the United States.] International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, which is outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to [24–48 hours] for tracking to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

All orders are insured. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at shafay@omarthejeweler.com within [7] days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can file a claim and make it right. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address, as we cannot be responsible for packages marked delivered to the address you provided.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
